Since 2014, Prof. Alexandre Street has published opinion pieces, given interviews, and made public contributions to the Brazilian electrical power sector. He believes that continuous collaboration between industry and academia is essential for building a robust and efficient electrical system—one that can adapt to an ever-changing reality. The projects our lab traditionally develops reflect this belief.
With years of experience in state-of-the-art research for the power sector, he aims to provide key insights and contribute in various ways to shaping the field. As the coordinator and one of the founders of LAMPS, Alexandre Street actively seeks to support the development of Brazilian society based on successful national and international benchmarks and scientific knowledge.
